I am Pavan Mulani — RadheyShyam Realtor.
For more than seven years, and across AED 1 billion in transactions, I have worked within Dubai real estate with one fundamental discipline: analyse before recommending.
I advise serious investors on off-plan and investment property through entry-price analysis, comparable transactions, payment structures, developer execution, rental economics, future supply and exit potential.
I do not believe every launch deserves your capital. I do not manufacture urgency. And I will not recommend an investment simply because it is available.
My responsibility is to give you clarity, including telling you when the better decision is to wait. I serve the Divine first, and my clients second. Truth therefore remains non-negotiable.

It signifies an absolute purity of intent. I operate under this name because my work is my worship.
