Meaning · paraphrased

In his teaching on meditation, Krishna tells Arjuna to draw the restless, wandering mind back whenever it strays and bring it under the direction of the Self.

A reflection for daily life

A wandering mind need not end your practice. Each return is another act of discipline. Notice distraction without feeding it, and patiently renew your attention.

Today’s practice

Sit quietly for two minutes. When attention wanders, notice it and gently return to your chosen point of meditation.
