Meaning · paraphrased

Krishna acknowledges that the restless mind is difficult to restrain. Yet he assures Arjuna that steady practice and detachment can bring it under control.

A reflection for daily life

Difficulty is part of spiritual discipline. Return patiently to remembrance of Krishna, and loosen your grip on distractions. Practice grows through repeated effort rather than a demand for instant stillness.

Today’s practice

Spend three quiet minutes remembering Krishna today. When a distraction arises, release it gently and return to your practice.
